Kito Crosby’s leading Crosby Feubo product range of high-integrity mooring connections and components are designed and manufactured in Germany and serve both the oil and gas and renewable energy markets.
Engineering and Design
With our dedicated team of engineers, working closely with the mooring industry for over three decades, we use advanced engineering methods of 3D modeling, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and fatigue strength simulations to design and develop a range of standard and tailor-made products for our customers.
Manufacturing
We offer a complete and quality-guaranteed manufacturing process including casting, forging, machining, heat treatment, assembly, testing, and finishing.
Testing and Certification
Our German center of excellence boasts the capability in conducting static testing of mooring chain and components of up to 60.000 kN and dynamic testing of up to 7000 kN, including the capability of fatigue testing in simulated marine environments.
All processes from design/engineering, manufacturing, and test/certification comply with, and are fully certified by, the LRS, DNV, ABS, and BV Class Societies.
